You will be responsible for influencing clients to engage in Youth Media by providing opinion and insight on all issues relevant to their business and by opening up new conversations with clients and agency planners.
Reporting in to the VP, Director of Insight and Planning, you will become this broadcaster's expert for all things youth.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Developing media strategies for clients in the youth sector
Identifying new business opportunities within the youth sector per sector
Help maintain their external positioning for delivering insight, ideas and partnerships
Work closely with others on the sales staff to make sure the corporate goals for sales are being met and exceeded.
Work closely with the MPICS Eye creative and marketing teams to ensure smart and effective selling and execution.
Work closely with MPICS Eye’s Consumer Researcher to understand how MPICS Eye can meet the clients advertising needs.
EXPERIENCES:
Ideally you will come from a media 'planning/research/buying' agency background, .
Experience producing results with deals driven at the client level with brand decision makers, or director of advertising level.
Solid experience of working with youth brands.
Experience working with consumer clients, developing and implementing effective media plans across TV, Interactive, and out-of-home media.
Extensive national and local broadcast experience.
Exceptional client service skills working with senior-level marketing executives.
Prior experience working closely with internal and external research to draw relevant insight on campaign effectiveness and performance.
EDUCATION:
BS/BA Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, but not essential.
